Meet Our Dentists

Dr. Seth Roth is thankful for the continued trust that Stoughton community families have shown in him for over 30 years. Being an independent dentist, not beholden to any corporate entity, Dr Roth is able to bring high quality, ethical and honest approaches to your dental questions and concerns prioritizing quality over quantity. 

In 1991, Dr. Roth founded this office in Stoughton from scratch and has proudly served the needs of over 5000 patients in the greater Stoughton community, many of whom are now traveling from Alaska, California, North Carolina, Florida and beyond to continue as patients. Dr. Roth is a member of the  Alliance of Independent Dentists, Massachusetts Dental Society, the American Dental Association and the South Shore District Dental Society. He loves building genuine relationships and trust with patients and their families and especially enjoys treating the grandchildren of original patients.

Seth stays up to date with the dynamic changes in dentistry by attending seminars, conventions, webinars and courses every year to bring new and up to date technologies and concepts to his practice of dentistry. Choosing Dr Roth as your dentist provides the perfect blend of years of experience with the exciting innovations that modern dentistry affords. When he is not geeking out over the latest dental gadgets he is tinkering with his hobbies of remote-control helicopters, golf, kayaking, collecting vintage watches, cornhole and riding his racing, mountain and electric bicycles around Stoughton.

 Dr Roth is  proud to call Stoughton both his hometown and work community after living in Sharon for over 25 years. Seth grew up in Malden, graduating Malden High School in 1976, obtained a BA from Boston University in 1980 and a DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dentistry in 1986.

Dr. Sarah Taylor joined the Dental Office of Seth M Roth DMD in the Fall of 2022, as our part-time associate dentist on Fridays and every other Tuesday. You may also catch Dr Taylor on a random day that she covers for Dr. Roth.   Dr. Taylor has worked in numerous offices from New York to Boston over the past 11 years following her husband Ben's career in academia and particularly sought to associate with Dr. Roth since they share a common philosophy of honest and ethical approaches for each patient and their individual needs. Sarah is grateful that Dr. Roth's long-standing patients have welcomed her with open arms, to trust her with their dental concerns and over the last few years she has built a following of loyal patients. Dr. Taylor believes her passion for dentistry and her gentle, compassionate demeanor are what bring her patients back. 

Dr Taylor, a graduate of Clemson University, pursued her dental education at the Medical University of South Carolina. After earning her DMD in 2013, she completed the rigorous and prestigious graduate residency at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, which exposed her to a variety of complex dental cases. Dr Taylor is passionate about  keeping up with the dynamic changes in dentistry by attending annual conventions, workshops, study groups and seminars on the latest technologies including implants, periodontics, digital scanning, invisalign, and oral pathology. Dr.Taylor is a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.  Her favorite aspect of dentistry is getting to know her patients on a personal level.    Sarah and her partner, Ben, have two daughters and a lab named Hank and she enjoys spending her time outdoors whether it be hiking,canoeing, or reading in the hammock.
